With over a decade of experience in personal training and expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Behaviour Change, I’ve helped clients ranging from everyday individuals to professional athletes. My work has spanned everything from preparing clients for physique competitions to using exercise interventions to support those with health conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases.
As a nutrition coach, I’ve worked closely with professional combat athletes to optimize their training and make weight safely. I’ve also had the opportunity to speak in secondary schools, educating young people on how exercise can benefit their mental health.
More recently, I’ve been working with high-performing CEOs and executives through my Corporate Wellness Program, which focuses on integrating health and wellness into their busy lives for peak performance. This program has recently been delivered to employees at Microsoft.
After retiring from professional Mixed Martial Arts due to injury, I found a new purpose in helping others enhance their physical and mental wellbeing. I’m passionate about creating meaningful change in people and empowering them to perform at their best, both in their careers and in their personal lives, so they can live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
